How to connect MTProto proxy for Telegram

This site lists ready-made MTProto proxy links: pick a country and tap Connect — Telegram opens with proxy fields already filled in.

Step 1 — Pick a Telegram proxy location

Open the MTProto proxy locations block on the home page. If ping or speed is uneven, try another server from the list — many run on fast nodes in Europe.

Step 2 — Tap Connect (one-tap MTProto)

The link opens Telegram (mobile app or web if configured). Confirm adding the proxy — usually a single tap for secure MTProto setup.

Step 3 — Check proxy status

In Telegram settings, open the proxy section and verify it is active. If media or chats load slowly, return to the list and switch location for a more stable ping.
